1. Our Services Securvision provides security system installations, including CCTV, burglar alarms, access control, and fire alarms for domestic and commercial properties. All installation quotes are subject to a site survey or specific information provided by the customer.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are indicative. A final fixed price will be provided in a formal quote.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the site conditions differ significantly from the information provided during the quoting process.
3. Payments Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice. For most installations, payment is due upon completion of the work. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Warranty We provide a 24-month parts warranty on our Hikvision CCTV and professional alarm systems. This warranty covers equipment failure but does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized tampering.
5. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Securvision and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability While we strive for excellence, Securvision shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the failure of a security system due to external factors (e.g., internet outage affecting app control or power cuts).
